Get enough sleep

Give yourself me-time

Vacation is the perfect time to finally do what you’ve been looking forward to: read that book, stargaze, or chill in a hammock. Why wait for the next vacation? Also plan some time for yourself now. Think yoga, a cooking class, learning a new language, or just enjoying a concert. Anything that helps you relax and enjoy life outside of work hours.
